The Problem in Being “Good”

The Problem in Being “Good”

Luke 15:25-32

The second half of the Parable of the Prodigal Son not only focuses on the lost son, nor on the compassion of the Father, but also on the older brother who was there all along. Jesus reveals the heart of the self-righteous brother and shows us the heart of our Heavenly Father who rejoices whenever a transgressor turns away from unrighteousness.
