SERIES BREAK: 1 Peter 5:1-5
In the midst of an escalating persecution against Christians, Peter exhorts the elders to shepherd the flock of God. To continually feed, nurture and protect them amidst oppression and suffering. And the flock on the other hand should be subject to them. As they both clothe themselves with humility towards one another, for God is opposed to the proud but gives grace to the humble.
