Luke 18:28-34
Peter interjects and claims that the disciples have given up all and followed Jesus as he witnesses the rich young ruler departing from the Lord in grief. Then, in response to Peter’s assertion, Jesus informs him of what they will get in return, which would only be attained by His impending sacrifice in Jerusalem.
