Preparing for Persecution in the Center of Prophecy

The Lord was preparing His disciples for future ministry by helping them understand that there would come a time of hardship and opposition. Jesus reminded them there will be a cost for them all, for the disciples persecution and for our Lord, death on a Cross to fulfill the prophecy of Isaiah regarding the Suffering Servant.
